Reliance Home Comfort

Called Reliance Thursday 6 pm and reported no heat. Serviceman arrived 3pm next day. Said my heat exchanger was bad & reported defect to Union Gas. Said he would have salesman call me re repair or replacement.
At 6 pm Monday (no heat since thursday), I called Reliance and said WHATS HAPPENING! Said they would check into it. Called later and said a serviceman would come Tuesday afternoon. New serviceman said it would cost $1,000.00 to replace heat exchanger even though manufacturer had a lifetime warranty! And NOTHING WAS COVERED BY MY
SERVICE PLAN I HAD BEEN PAYING FOR YEARS!
I had a new heat exchanger installed the next day by another heating contractor for $ 450.00 plus taxes.
