I would keep away from this company. It has been a nightmare from day one. New furnace was installed in December. Credit card charged twice and waited for a refund that I had to chase for over a month. Furnace was not installed properly and ended up with gas leak and gas being shut off by Enbridge in middle of night in winter. Technician came out and attempted to fix it but following week another gas smell and back out came technician. Was offered a $300 refund for my inconvenience and frustrations back in early February. I just followed up and for some reason the cheque was never issued as there is a hold on it! Maybe they didn't feel I deserved any compensation. I can't think of any other reason why the refund cheque was not issued in February like it was supposed to. The furnace was paid in full by the way. They had no problem taking my money.
