Reliance Home Comfort

Sarah Rotz, our reliance home comfort advisor, was very kind, knowledgeable, and guided my wife and I to the correct decision in choosing our new home comfort system. Our home is 19 years old and still has the original furnace and air conditioner from when the house was built. We noticed ice build up on the outside air conditioner and water forming underneath the furnace inside our basement. My wife and I knew it was time to upgrade our home comfort system and so after a visit from Michael, another great Reliance home comfort technician, we pretty much knew what needed to be done. Sarah, called me shortly after Michael's visit and we set up a meeting after my work day to discuss our options. Sarah was very personable, and she made us feel at ease, while describing to us why our current system was out dated and out of code. She gave us a thorough explanation of our current system and how it was lacking in performance in many areas.
