Reliance Home Comfort

thank you Ricky - Northwest gas LTD for the great service as an authorized contractor of Reliance home Comfort!
I called the hotline at 3:00pm as i have a contract with them, they showed up next day @ 10:15pm as they were fully booked for the same day ... though i wish they have could made it same day, but anyhow i called late and its not a 24/7 service.

Ricky came in checked the system top to bottom, and he spotted the issue in 1 sec, it was the ignition, he replace and done a quick clean, switch on, and all is working great.
job took around 30 minutes with part replacement and waiting to make sure its working properly.

I'm so happy with the service Ricky did.
