I was experiencing low hot water pressure throughout the entire house. I called Reliance and they sent a technician out the very next day. Gavin, the technician, was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions to ensure that I felt comfortable with the repair. He changed out both dip tubes and showed me where the obstruction was.
I watched him the entire time and he was very meticulous with his work. He double checked his work and seals, gave me some easy maintenance tips, and cleaned up the area before he left.
To be honest, I was going to switch hot water rental companies but after receiving excellent next-day repair service I have decided to stay with Reliance. If you can, I would ask for Gavin. He really takes his time and does an excellent job.
