14 year old noisy Furnace service call revealed bad burner and dying blower fan. No repair option, so had to replace. Technician named Jason Silva explained the situation completely and made a sales appointment for that evening. Brendan Murray identified our needs, explained our options and we negotiated on terms.
Recommendation to replace the AC as it was also 14 yrs old would save in long run if done both at same time. Brendan explained the benefits plainly, no jargon.
