This review is stemming from about 4 issues with our waterheater.
The first time the waterheater broke - reliance took about 2 days to come in and fix. This is pretty ridiculous because without the waterheater we had no heat in the house as the furnace was heated by the waterheater.
The 3rd and 4th times it took a week!!!! how the hell can it take a week?? No hot water, no heat.
I didnt even get a sorry or credit for my troubles.
Three key issues:
1) They DO NOT keep a proper inventory of parts - i.e. they had to keep ordering parts when our waterheater was broken - leading to multiple days
2) Their contractors did not properly assess the issue. This lead to multiple contractors coming in at multiple times. Caused us huge grief as someone always needed to be @ home.
3) The equipment they use keeps falling part - i.e. our waterheater broke and they had to replace it. Waterheaters should last 10 years++?? The one they replaced was 6 years old, the one they just installed was 4 months old!!!!
Just a terrible experience overall with the company.
