Reliance Home Comfort

The plastic drain valve on our rented Reliance water heater snapped off causing water to flood our utility room in the basement. We had to cut-off the water which left us without hot water for the remainder of the night and unable to give the kids baths.
Fortunately, a Reliance Service Tech was in the neighborhood. I flagged him down and he immediately scheduled a service call. Angelo (ID# 1806) went above and beyond to service our unit and get the hot water running again in our house. Can't thank Angelo and the service team at Reliance enough !!!!!
