WARNING!!! Do NOT deal with Reliance Home Comfort for hot water heater rentals. It has been a nightmarish experience. We've been trying to get a copy of our rental contract since October 2012, only to be told it doesn't exist over 3 months later. They said the telephone conversation we had when the heater was ordered is the contract. Previously they said several times that they would send the contract in the mail. They will NOT provide copies of the phone conversation, even though they said they would. They have raised prices without warning, given false information to us repeatedly, will NOT pick up the water heater as they said they would, will NOT terminate the agreement as they said they would, and have given us the run around for months. They are the worst company we have ever dealt with. We're filing a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services.
Only after I filed formal complaints with The Ministry of Consumer Services, quoting the Consumer Protection Act 2002, and the Better Business Bureau did Reliance close my file. The contract NEVER arrived.
