We got a new furnace with reliance in August 2023. Its December 2024 now. It's Saturday and we have had no heat since Monday night. We have a small baby at home so this has been a nightmare.
On Tuesday a technician came and diagnosed a new circuit board needed. He rush ordered the part, saying it would take 1-2 days. On Wednesday we called to find out the status of the part and they emailed the parts department to get in touch with us. They never did. On Thursday we called again. They said the part was to arrive yesterday and weren't sure why it didn't. The part arrived on Thursday. A technician came and said that another part was needed. This part arrived Friday night at 7 pm. We booked a service call. The technician came at 2 pm Saturday. The wrong part was sent. The currently needed parts are backordered and there's no date in sight for when we will have them. I am mortified by this experience. I will never trust Reliance again. My feet are numb. My baby isn't sleeping. We are running heaters all day long. They keep escalating the situation and nothing is getting done. I am crying as I write this.
