Reliance replaced my air conditioning unit last summer. Overall did a great job - prompt and efficient. I received a call 2 days later about automatic enrollment in their protection program. I repeatedly told the sales person I did not want this service and they told me I had to sign up and could cancel after the free month. I again told them I did not want this not to start it and was told again I had to. Subsequent to this $200 in charges built up for a service I did not want nor request. I canceled and contacted reliance who are still insistent I owe the $ 200. I signed no contract nor made any verbal agreement yet they insist I owe them money. I would never use Reliance again and would strongly encourage others not to use them.
