WE needed our downspout disconnected and redirected.
I met with Serge and he was very informative and helpful about several solutions. I was hoping that we did not have to touch the eavestrough on the third storey as it was brand new. He fully understood this and agreed with me and did not try to sell me in that direction as some companies are prone to do. Instead, he came up with a very viable solution that works wonderfully.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb, the cleanup is great and i barely even knew that they had come and gone.
There was an oversight on one minor detail and they returned immediately to rectify it, no questions asked.
If only all projects were this smooth and hassle free.
