Modern Appliance

I was really happy with the service I received from Modern Appliance. The freezer on my fridge was acting up, fluctuating in temperature and making my food unsafe to eat. I called a few companies, and most said I would need to replace the electronic board (not a technician so I'm sure that's not the right name!) and to arrange for a service call. Only Peter suggested to try and clean the condenser coils first - advice that didn't cost me anything. I cleaned the coils and the freezer didn't respond right away, so I asked Peter come and take a look anyway. He did and really couldn't find anything wrong, so gave me something to try and said he would come back. He didn't ask me to pay for the call right away, and said he would charge me when he came back. Turns out my freezer just took a while to re-adjust and has been working perfectly ever since, so all I paid was for one service call.
It is so great to find a sincere, honest and helpful person like Peter. I would definitely use Modern Appliance again.
