Martin was very responsive both to my initial request through Homestars and when he came to review the project. He did a thorough analysis of the current state and provided some viable options to proceed. He was able to do the job same day which was a valuable thing given we needed the work done promptly. He was a very pleasant young man and complete the job as promised and was very helpful to insure we understood the product and answered all of our questions.
