Motion Garage Doors

Garage door opener in suburban Etobicoke, old and broken (Sears model!!!).
Needed a new one installed as door had to be opened manually. Tried to contact a couple of companies and heard nothing back.
"Motion Garage Doors", contacted them using their webpage, heard back within 20 minutes, set up a time the following day for their contractors to come round, showed up on time, diagnosed and quoted for the door opener, installed opener and serviced door, price was as quoted, job done professionally and very friendly! All within 1 hr 20 mins!
I joked with them afterwards that it seemed to be a "How to get business 101 course".
I recommend this company 100% wholeheartedly. When a job that needs doing is done with this ease and professionalism, it makes it so much easier on the homeowner.
If you need work on your garage door....this company does it incredibly well, and shows that they actually care about getting your business! That works for me!

Martin was very responsive both to my initial request through Homestars and when he came to review the project. He did a thorough analysis of the current state and provided some viable options to proceed. He was able to do the job same day which was a valuable thing given we needed the work done promptly. He was a very pleasant young man and complete the job as promised and was very helpful to insure we understood the product and answered all of our questions.

We were having issues with our garage door and it finally got to the point that the door would not close at all. Called Motion and two great guys were here the following afternoon. They tried their hardest to repair the old system by replacing the rollers and making adjustments, but it was not to be. John arrived the following morning with a new door opener and worked really hard for around 3 hours. Despite a couple of set-backs, he was able to figure things out and we now have a garage door that opens and closes like new and at a very reasonable price. Many Thanks! My garage door broke and needed to be replaced immediately. They came next day and installed the new door in less than 2 hours.

Submitted my request into Homestars and they contacted 5 companies on my behalf. Motion Garage Doors was first to respond in less than 2 min. Set the time for later in the day. Told me the price approx and off we go. Guy and Paul showed up early, saw the cable was off the track and went to work. FIxed within the hour and billed exacatly what I was quoted and paid via Credit Card on thier terminal with an emailed invoice and a sticker on teh wall for easy reminder to contact them. Best service and upfront pricing.

A very good job was done repairing our garage doors. We called for a specific problem but the two men examined both doors for us and found some safety issues that needed attention. They showed us and explained everything. They were not pushy at all when showing us the problems that needed to be fixed. They also took the time to talk about new garage doors for the future when we asked. They were very informative about everything and were happy to repair what we had to make it last well. We will definitely call them when we need new garage doors.

The garage door cable broke, Motion Garage Doors technicians replied quickly and replaced the cables and made a few adjustments to the door. The price was right and the two employees Gui and Tim get a 10/10 for the work they completed.
