Merrken Maintenance

Merrken was easy to deal with, and very friendly. They were able to work within my required timeframe. Unfortunately they overlooked a few things, such as not emptying any of the garbage cans (office, bathroom, and kitchen) as well as leaving wet bathmats in the washing machine.

I recently hired Merrken Maintenance for both interior house cleaning and some exterior work. They did a decent job with the interior cleaning, ensuring all areas were tidy and well-kept. Most recently, they did some work on the exterior of our house. They pressure washed away the weeds and applied polymer sand to our interlocking, which has significantly refreshed the old interlocking and improved the overall appearance of our outdoor space.

Their customer service is excellent. They are quick to respond to any issues and always address concerns promptly. The team is friendly and personable, making the entire experience very pleasant. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others.

Initially hired Merrken to get the cigarette smell out of an old house and they were excellent! Their approach was clear. They tackled the stubborn smell with a multi-step approach to their cleaning, and was successfully able to get the smell out of the whole house! Found their staff to be very talented and experienced, so I requested they complete additional jobs around the house, and they were excellent! There was no request that was too big, or too small for them. I found their prices to be very reasonable. Would gladly recommend, and hire again.

My experience was amazing, Ryan from Merrken maintenance was an absolute blessing! He helped us remove a lot of junk that was left by the tenant and cleaned up the unit. They offer complete services so that I didn't need to hire a second company for large item removal. Price is also very reasonable so I'll definitely be referring them to my other clients.

Great and efficient service. Would hire again in a heartbeat! Our balconies looked 1000% better after they were done. They made sure we were satisfied with the service before leaving and explained everything as it was happening. Appreciate the great work!

Our first time using any cleaners. Wanted to try a company we could depend on, with future appointments in mind, after trying it in a limited way instead of for the whole house.
They came and assessed our home before setting the actual cleaning date and time, whereas any other company we talked to just wanted to jump right to lets schedule a cleaning time .
I was setting it up as a surprise for my wife and they worked with me to keep it that way.
Jeff and Ryan were easy to deal with. Performed the work at the scheduled time and finished in about 1.5 hours.
We use them again, knowing we can trust the outcome will meet our expectations.

The plumbing service that was provided was done very well. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend him.
