Scope of work changed some based on owner's wishes and Andres was equally quick to adjust the estimate. Met onsite with owner to ensure on same page.

We required professional painters to finish the last segment of our interior house painting project, we did not have the equipment or experience to paint stairwells or high 14 foot walls. We were recently looking into renovating our home when we came across GR Diversified Limited. Their response was quick and within a couple of days, Andres came over to assess the work to be done and even made some suggestions on how to get the best value from our planned renovation.
Andres did a great job and was flexible the few times we made changes or added minor details to the scope. He always strived to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. The scope of work included interior painting of the house (included changing the oak doors and trim to white), replacing floor laminate tiles, some repair in the kitchen and some drywall repairs.
