Water damage repair to ceiling and bathroom
Called Andres of GR Diversified Ltd based on reviews online and Homestars. Andres was quick to meet at the house to go over the required repairs and provided estimate in a timely manner. Scope of work changed some based on owner's wishes and Andres was equally quick to adjust the estimate. Met onsite with owner to ensure on same page. Was able to start and finish required scope of work within a very timely manner, without sacrificing quality. Met onsite for a satisfaction walk-thru and explained any questions. Job was done Very well! Thank you Andres! We will not hesitate to refer GR Diversified Ltd to others and use them again if needed in the future!
