An undetected leak under our toilet caused by a broken flange lead to the subfloor needing to be replaced. Shane of High Bridge Homes came to assess, explained exactly what needed to be done and provided a quote the same day. Shanes quote was exactly what he charged. He is very professional, neat and tidy and respectful of both our home and time. We will definitely hire Shane for some other changes to the interior of our home and we highly recommend High Bridge Homes.

Shane did an Excellent Job. Being a carpenter myself, I could see the high degree of accuracy, quality and pride of workmanship. He was well organized and kept the jobsite clean and tidy. He removed all debris and cleaned up daily.

I had a existing deck that needed new railings, a privacy screen, a stair case removed and a stair case added. On inspection Shane gave me great advice on my existing deck. He provided a very reasonable quote and the work commenced. Shane was punctual and communicated well. His attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. I also want to say no one else wanted to do this job. Others want to do full decks they were not interested in a smaller job. Shane was happy to do it. I highly recommend High Bridge Homes.

We seen Shane building a deck in our park. We asked him for a quote. He came to our site , was extremely polite and professional. He presented us with detailed professional drawings and obtained the permit for us , we had to do nothing. He was on time, professional , and we are constantly receiving compliments on our new deck. Shane is the friendliest, honest and most professional deck and wood worker I have ever met. He is a master of his skill and the attention to detail is impeccable .
