Adel was absolutely brilliant. He responded to my request for a quote almost immediately and turned up to repair my dryer within 2 hours of my posting on Homestars. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and explained the problem to me very clearly. Adel turned out to be the authorised repairman for a couple of major brands of which my dryer is one and he happened to have the spare part that was needed for the repair in his van. Adel is very efficient and effective. He is polite, friendly and unquestionably honest. A true professional!!

Our 17 year old dishwasher stopped working - it would not fill with water. Because of its age, our first thought was to replace it, but because of pandemic related supply chain issues, we would have to wait at least 3 months, maybe more, for any of the ones we wanted.

I described the problem, and within 2 hours he was at our house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, then sourced and ordered the part. He picked up the part the next day, came to our home again, installed the part, and then tested the dishwasher.

The dishwasher works perfectly now and we are very happy.
