Mari, at RepairCare, we strive to be fair, professional and ethical at all times as such before we go out on a service call or repair, we give our clients full disclosure as to our pricing. We must let you know that with us it doesn't matter whether the repair takes 5 minutes or 5 hours or if return visits are needed, cause we charge for the fix not the time. The recording on file does confirm that full disclosure was given to you and you agreed. Our records show that the technician found that the power supply in the wall was not there and that there is a short in the house wiring. Once the wiring is fixed, if the issue occurs again within 90 days, please let us know. We come back at no charge for the return visit or the repair fee.
