Stephane was professional and dedicated. He is an expert in this trade. He also ensured everything was working and followed up the next day. Would work with him again and highly recommend!

My walkway was taken apart for a plumbing issue and i needed someone to help put it together ... enter Steph. He came when he said he would and finished it same day and it looked exactly like it did before it was ripped out for plumbing.

Good communication and job well done. He was late as his vacuum broke down and need to buy a new one but he gave me $25 discount for waiting. He still manage to complete the job at 7pm. He is a very nice guy.

We had two chimneys to service and clean that turned into a bit of a difficult task. Mr Daigle at Elite Chimneys went above and beyond cleaning out a squirrel nest out of one chimney And having to return with an assistant and extra equipment to get the job done right. which it definitely was. He pointed out deficiencies in our external mortar to be mindful of for fixing in the near future as well. Very professional. great service

Chimney repairs were needed on my house from the roof line down; the mortar had separated from the bricks in several locations. This caused leaking inside the chimney and into the living room fireplace.
Steph provided an estimate quickly and was able to start work almost immediately. He was very accommodating and the work was completed quickly.

We bought a 100 year old house and the chimney needed some work. We wanted the chimney shortened, capped and repointed. Stephane was great - communicative, flexible and hard working. The project finished on time with no additional costs.

For specifics, he showed up on time and asked questions to provide an accurate estimate, communicated promptly and proactively about delays (mostly due to snow), got the work done quickly (including working on the weekend, which I didn't expect) and adjusted the schedule so the scaffolding wouldn't interfere with garbage/recycling pickup in our narrow alley. Because of Christmas break and a snowstorm, a couple cleanup items were finished in the new year, but he checked with me that it was ok first.

I would happily hire him again for future chimney work.
