We contacted HCR after suffering a flood in our basement. Andre and his team (Brandon and Luka) were amazing to work with. Upon understanding our situation, Andre went out of his way to expedite our start date. HCR is a very professional, polite, hard working and extremely honest team who delivered exactly what was requested. The care they took with our home (I.e. meticulously covering the hardwood stairs to the basement to avoid damage during the work) and the attention to detail was outstanding. Aside from the initial deposit, which was extremely reasonable, all other payments were prorated and only due upon completion of the work. The final payment was due after a final walk through with Andre and our satisfaction with the work. As mentioned, an extremely honest company. I was very happy with the bathroom renovation - Andre explained everything they were going to do and kept me informed as the job progressed. The work was done quickly and very professionally and within the estimated cost. Any questions I had were always quickly answered....My bathroom was transformed ! We recently hired HomeCreators for a kitchen renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Andre and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our project involved kitchen renovation and removing a wall, and the entire process took just 5 weeks, exactly as promised.

We recently used Home Creators for a complete kitchen gut and renovation, in conjuction with PVD Industries (who did all the cabinets). They came highly recommended by a friend's brother, an architect, who had been very happy with their work on his kitchen. While we were initially apprehensive having to work with two contractors, the two principals are friends and have an excellent working relationship.

Friends and family all warned us that we should expect double the time, and double the estimate, for the job. We were very pleasantly surprised.

The only budget overage was for additional work required when a wall turned out to be weight-bearing and to contain duct work. There was no way of knowing until the wall was opened, and we had been warned ahead of time of the possibility. The additional charges were reasonable given the work involved, and the workers stayed on the job for most of a long weekend to keep the project on time.

The project was a couple of weeks late overall, but delays were not the fault of Home Creators. They did their best to make up time and work around delays beyond their control. And five weeks from start to finish on a complete gut was still quite impressive!

Andre even did a few additional small things around the house, at no additional charge.

We brought in a special cleaning service to get rid of the inevitable dust elsewhere in the house that evaded the taped barriers around the kitchen, but we didn't have to pay them to do the kitchen. Between Home Creators and the contractor who did the cabinets, the kitchen was left move-in ready - we didn't even have to wipe out the drawers and cabinets! And they did a great job protecting our hardwood floors.

The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and blissfully functional. We would definitely recommend Home Creators!

Our request to refresh a few rooms resulted in a professional paint job that more than met our expectations. The job was completed on schedule and our home was left in pristine condition. This is the second time we have worked with Andre and Home Creators. For this project, we removed a structural wall, added a window, created a main floor bathroom, and updated the kitchen in our heritage home. The first thing you need to know about Andre is that his attention to detail and quality is second to none. Throughout the project it was very clear that his priority was to make sure we were happy. Because our home is very old, we hit a few unexpected snags, but every time Andre dealt with it with calm and grace. Although his work speaks for itself, what is most important to my wife and I is how great the team are to work with. They were very respectful of our home, communicative, and all round great people. You absolutely cannot go wrong in hiring Andre and his crew! This is the second time weve used his services (basement -wet bar to kitchen & flooring- carpet to engineered hardwood) and both times exceptionally pleased with not only the level of professionalism , from Andre and his entire crew, and also the end result. We had a leak into one of our kitchen cupboards that damaged the interior box and needed to be replaced. The cupboard doors, hardware and drawers were all fine but multiple other companies said they couldn't repair the cupboard and provided us with quotes to replace the entire kitchen including the backsplash. Andre from Home Creators Renovations provided us with a reasonable quote to replace just the broken cabinet and our kitchen now looks just like before. He was professional, kind and responsive through the whole process and I really appreciated that I could trust that he wasn't looking to run up a bill on us like the other companies we chatted with. I would work with Andre and Home Creators again and would vouch for the quality of the work and honesty.
