We had contacted 4= contractors to provide us with a quotation for our basement reno project. Andre was priced very reasonable and comparable to the other contractors. During the entirety of the project Andre was very communicative and was always forthcoming with additional costs, savings, or even design ideas - if we asked him.

During the quotation process - he was the only contractor that took the time to list a very detailed breakdown of the contract and the job tasks as well as, he used licensed contractors for the important bits like electrical and plumbing. Both of these were something I was looking for prior to selecting our contractor. In that regard, Andre had made the decision for me a lot easier.

Another important factor for us in the decision-making process was the timeframe of when the project started to through the expected completion date. I'm happy to say Andre started project on time and even more pleased that the project was completed weeks ahead of schedule! This is not to say that he takes shortcuts. Andre pays attention to the little details and is very meticulous with whatever job he was completing at the time. He was honest, punctual, neat, polite, and very forthcoming with any tasks/challenges he faced throughout the entirety of the project.

Andre was a pleasure to deal with and we are very happy with our new basement! I would certainly recommend Andre and his team to anyone looking to complete a project like this.

We contracted Home creators company to renovate a 7x6 bathroom in our home. It was a small but challenging project considering what we wanted to achieve. Andre and his crew did a professional, fantastic job from day one to the very end. We had a great communication flow moving in both directions where they showed flexibility and adaptability for new requirements as needed. Andre also gave us great designing ideas/suggestions and flexibility of payment as well. The project moved very fast and completion date was even before the initially planned deadline. We were absolutely thrilled to find Andre and the team at Home Creators Renovations. We had a small but tricky job of creating a door to the backyard in our heritage stone home. The first thing that impressed me about Andre was his professionalism. He met with us to discuss the project, created a detailed quote, and was flexible with adjusting the job to meet our needs and budget. Once hired, I was also surprised by how respectful and clean the team was while working in our home. I have done many home renovation projects and never had such a courteous and tidy team. They ensured the work site was safe and clean at the end of each day (a tricky feat considering the masonry work) and were fast and efficient. The final result was everything we hoped for. Andre did my small kitchen renovation project for my new house.
