I found Mr & Mrs Plumbing & Heating on Home Stars, they were local and had a great reputation. Our water heater had broken, was leaking and couldnt be repaired. We found Nina to be very responsive and fast in responding to our issue, after a short chat we determined our course of action and within a few hours a new hot water tank was at my house and shortly afterwards Ezequiel was there for the installation. Everything went great and we were back up and running with hot water within a few hours. The work was done in a very professional manner and our place was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Mr & Mrs Plumbing and heating, I will definitely use these folks again when we need plumbing or heating services. 10 out of 10!

I found Mr. and Mrs. A Plumbing and Heating Inc while searching for a plumber for the Palgrave area. I received exceptional customer service and expertise from start to finish. Nina spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with me understanding the issue and providing an approximate quote for the repair, all prior to knowing that I would engage them for their services. I am truly impressed and thoroughly satisfied. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after the job was finished. They took the time to walk me through the work they had done and also provided some hints and tips. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there looking for a reliable plumber. I know that if I have any need for a plumber (or heating) in the future, I will call on them to do the job.

Nina came in and did a great job correcting the work that was done by a previous plumber. She was patient, explained the problem and meticulously fixed the issue. Mr & Mrs A plumbing responded quickly to my request for service. They did an assessment of the water leak and hot water issue and made recommendations on the best way to fix the issue. Work was done efficiently and shown afterwards when repaired. Did a good service and price was affordable.

I've dealt with many plumbers but Mr & Mrs A Plumbing & Heating are outstanding. This is the third time I've used them. The first time was when all other plumbers were unable to find where the leak was coming from. Mr & Mrs A Plumbing & Heating were able to pinpoint the leak from the rental units into the commercial units. This time, Mr & Mrs A Plumbing & Heating were called for an emergency blocked main sewer line which they responded and immediately located the problem. Mr & Mrs A Plumbing & Heating are very knowledgeable and very professional.

Looked for any water leaks, had too open up some drywall, and did cleaning, and sealing..... they were so friendly and very helpful, and understanding. Now these days it is very hard to find someone to trust, but we finally did. Thank you so much.
