Nino and all of the trades were very easy to work with and reliable in terms of timing. We drywalled basement walls and put in new floors after some waterproofing was put in. Upstairs we renovated a bathroom, replaced some bedroom doors and closet doors as well as installing new flooring. We also had a number of small repair jobs that were required. Most of the house inside was then painted.

Due to Covid supply issues we had to wait a few weeks while Marcon Construction ensured they had all of the materials to complete the job, which was great because it meant that once the job started they were able to keep to a tight schedule and get all the work completed when we expected. We did select some fixtures, but the paint colors and trim were suggested by Marcon to appeal to all potential home buyers. The pictures prepared by our realtor were stunning and really showed off all of the work done.

The work completed was very well done. The job was done on budget and in the time frame we were told. And we were able to sell our house for much more than we expected, though a few members of our family didn't want to move after seeing the completed work.

After a long search for the right contractor to do my kitchen renovation I came across Marcon Construction and Build. We set up an appointment and right from the beginning I knew I didn’t have to shop around any further. From the minute Nino arrived, he was pleasant, attentive and fully understood my needs and my budget.
The year 2021 was difficult for everyone and it inevitably brought many unforeseen challenges during the process. Nino and his team worked tirelessly to adjust to the new reality and despite the shortage of materials and other limitations went out of their way to meet all my expectations and deliver a product I am very proud of.
