I had an excellent experience with Vivid Electric in upgrading the power supply for the electric water heater. Andrew was accessible and patient in helping to sort out what was needed and his team was quick, efficient and very personable. Andrew coordinated the electrical work with the installation of the new water heater, ensuring that I was not left with a wet basement or cold water! We still have the panel change to come but I feel in very good hands. Thank you!

Vivid Electric replaced my broken arc fault breaker and discolored outlets. The crew were well prepared and equiped coming on site. They were already familar with the issue that was previously discussed over email. In this case, the issue was that the arc fault breaker did not trip when the test button was pressed and some of the bedroom outlets managed by the breaker were discolored. The crew were quick at diagnosing and fixing the issue. They also demostrated that the repair worked by introducing an arc fault at each of the replaced outlet to show that the breaker trips as expected. Overall, I am very happy with their work.

I needed to upgrade my electrical panel to support a 240V appliance. Andrew worked with me personally to find the right parts for the job and patiently helped me work through administrative hurdles with my condo management. The work itself was quick and neat.

Excellent work. Very professional. We had a bunch of misc. electrical repair jobs - including interior fixture & switch replacements, loose connections, and landscape lighting. Nolan was highly competent, affable, and also advised when replacement would be a less costly vs repair. Overall 5 stars.

I used Vivid electric for our New Custom Home build in Burlington. We had full home automation which Andrew also assisted with (all wiring for control 4). Andrew is A+ when it comes to detail and design drawings. Nothing was missed in our specs.
