I used Vivid electric for our New Custom Home build in Burlington. We had full home automation which Andrew also assisted with (all wiring for control 4). Andrew is A+ when it comes to detail and design drawings. Nothing was missed in our specs. From our combi sauna unit, steam shower, to the car lift and full home generator, Andrew made sure we were taken care of and everything works flawlessly. Igor and his team are some of the most fantastic guys I've had the pleasure of working with. We renovate / build 4 - 6 homes a year and I use Igor for all my underpinning, waterproofing, and floor drains. His crew is one of the most hardworking bunch of guys I've worked with. Vitaly was recommended by a contractor who was working with the city of Toronto. After it was deemed that the problem was on my side of the property line, I knew I must take care of it myself. I called Vitaly and he was at my house quickly and able to start right away. He dug in an extremely difficult spot (under the front two tier patio), and it didn't help that the sewer line was 8 feet below grade. My next door neighbor as a safety precaution decided to use Vitaly's services as well. The job was done quickly, professionally, and in a clean manner. I would never hesitate to use Vitaly again.
