Called them to fix our fireplace, they set it up so it was running but said we needed a part. We paid for that initial service. The fireplace almost immediately stopped working and NickMac pretty much ghosted us. Said they were still trying to "source" the part and then stopped responding. We had someone else come in to finish the job who showed us that the part that NickMac had been struggling to source was $16 on amazon and took only 20 minutes to install.

Nick was on time and professional and friendly. He installed and explained everything to us and showed us how to use our new high efficiency, gas furnace, and central air conditioner. He also installed an Ecobee thermostat that gives us control of our settings even when away from home. It was a pleasure using Nick Macs HVAC for our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend this company.
