We recently hired Arctic Vinyl to replace all the windows and entrance doors in our home, including a sliding patio door and the installation of a brand-new bay window. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free!

I recently had my front windows and door replaced. Every step of the process with positive and smooth. All my questions were answered clearly and they helped me with making decisions about styles within my price range. They also walked me through the rebate process.
The one thing I insisted on was a mail slot similar to the one in my old door and they incorporated that into the custom door.
On installation day, they were here when they said they would be, the team was great and took away all the packing and rubbish.

I had a problem with flooding from my old patio door. I was concerned that the new door would leak. I received a glowing recommendation from a friend for Arctic vinyl windows and Doors.

The installation was very professional, and they went to great length to ensure that The framing around the door would provide me with both structural integrity and water tightness. I do believe that they have solved my flooding problem and the door itself is very solid. I would highly recommend this company.

The team over at Arctic have been nothing but exceptional throughout the process of the job. Alex took his time to help me understand what was being done, and he offered advice. Dimitri and his install team ensured everything was measured and installed correctly, and kept the space clean and efficient.
