We are thrilled to have found Arctic Vinyl Windows and have had the pleasure of working closely with Mike throughout our window replacement process. Although we began exploring options last summer, we only recently finalized our purchase. During our selection process, we encountered a minor issue with the grille option we initially chose. Mike promptly addressed the issue and presented us with alternative options, ensuring we found a solution that met our aesthetic preferences. While we opted for a more expensive grille option for our front windows, which added $2000 to our budget, we appreciate Mike's transparency and commitment to helping us achieve the look we desired.

Though our windows have not yet been installed, we have high expectations for their quality based on Arctic Vinyl's reputation. More importantly, we are confident in Arctic Vinyl's accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction, should any issues arise in the future.

The team from Arctic were fantastic they helped us select the right door style and colour and had a great installation team who did a really good clean up job at the end of the install. I highly recommend them and will be sure to call them when I need to replace my windows.

And the installer Dimitry did an excellent job and cleaned area after the work done. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the payment process was easy. I had an old window that was severely damaged due to the weather elements. Arctic Vinyl came to install the new replacement window (brick to brick), and the process was very smooth, and easy. The team came to perform the measurements, then came for a 2nd visit to install the new window.

When the team had finished their installation they also went to clean up the working area and all the construction debris was gone. Would highly recommend them to others.

We were very happy with the whole process and outcome. The salesman was ontime and the quote was very professional. Delivery timing was close to his estimate. Installation timing was well managed. The two men finished the job in same day and it was well done. For perspective this job was not simple. It involved 5 basement windows that were below grade and hard to access. The prior windows were over 40yrs old. The one main floor window was also well measured to fit the prior opening and not damaging the new molding around the window. Pricing was very fair.
