Have not used our gas fireplace for 2 years due to a faulty sensor. Alex came in and did a full box clean down to the parts, a box coating to protect against rust and corrosion and an update of our sensors and remote systems. The unit has never looked cleaner or newer than right now. Alex was super respectful of our home with booties and floor coverings and was responsive to all texts and timing.
