Had an amazing experience from the initial phone call to the completion of service. Came behind another company to finish what they weren't able to do. Hundreds of dollars later, I wish we would've just called dryer vent wizard first. They are well versed in the field they are in. Amazing customer service and quality work.

Best customer service ever!! I will be calling back and recommend Dryer Vent Wizard! Quintin came over on time and explained everything he was going to do after his overview. After he completed his service he came to the door and explained what he found. He made me feel comfortable and open to asking questions. It was like I was talking to a friend. He resolved my dryer vent issue. Definitely give this team a try.

Professional Technician

Toronto

Vik, the technician was very professional. On the first visit he got an huge amount of lint from the dryer vent system. And when we still had a problem a few weeks later, he was back immediately for a second go at it. He was able to figure out it was a dryer vent cover issue and replaced it at no cost to us. Kudos to Dryer Vent Wizard.

Reasonable cost of service

Toronto

We recently bought a new dryer that detects air flow readings. Unfortunately, it was shutting down after a few minutes with an error code showing. We could see that the dryer's external vent was a) deteriorating and older , b) full of lint, and c) not hooked up correctly to the interior duct making the air blowing mostly to the back of the dryer. The dryer ductwork runs through a crawlspace. We could see gaps in the seams and lots of lint hanging down from the seams. We called Dryer Vent Wizard of Toronto and could not be happier with their service. They came out, cleaned all the lint/dust from the ducts, repaired the dryer duct work, and replaced the external dryer vent, all at a reasonable cost. Their service technicians were knowledgably, prompt, tidy, kept us in the loop on what was going on, and did great work!

Dryer Vent Work

Moved into a lovely new home. Everything was great except the dryer was venting into an indoor container. Didn’t seem right since our previous home had it going outside. Dryer Vent Wizard in Toronto came over after reaching out to them. They showed up on time. The technician had to do a lot to get it to go outside. He drilled a hole in our brick wall to get it to vent outside. They also added new ducts all the way and reconnected everything. The best part was he was extremely tidy. Wore shoe covers, gloves and a mask the entire time. I also asked if they were double vaccinated. Fyi their entire team is full vaccinated. He left the place spotless.

Professional Dryer Vent Company

I am so impressed with Dryer Vent Wizard and their professionalism, workmanship and dedication. Their Dryer Vent Technician Josh was remarkable. I found them here on Home Stars when we were having dryer vent issues. The whole company is phenomenal. You can tell everything is customer service focused and driven. I needed new dryer vent duct work which wasnt originally installed properly by the builder. It was a tricky dryer vent system, but Josh was able to replace the needed sections. I needed a dryer vent cleaning which I had never done before, and so glad I did. It was unbelievable how much lint he removed. Its a huge fire risk. A mountain of lint was removed. Definitely feel safer now.

We had never had our dryer vent cleaned until our friends husband told us about dryer fires. He is a firefighter and told us the most calls they get is because of dryer fires. We found dryer vent wizard from homestars. Contacted them and they were super nice. We scheduled an appointment and they send a dryer vent technician. He checked everting out and made a few recommendations. We saw the lint build up he was talking about and got the work done. They were extremely knowledgeable and did the work professionally. If you’ve never had your dryer vents cleaned please contact these guys to do it. They will keep you safe.
