Being new to the neighbourhood and having to find the right people to do things around the house can be exhausting. Got a bit frustrated dealing with the cheaper guys. I’m happy to have found Dryer Vent Wizard of East York when I was having dryer venting problems. They were on time, professional and did a great job with my dryer vents. These guys actually cleaned up after themselves too. It is definitely worth it to go with a reputable organization. Like everything else you get what you pay for. They will be my go to dryer vent company.

New home dryer resolved

Builders review in Toronto

We purchased a new home along with a brand new washer and dryer. After about a year and a half of use the dryer was taking 3 to 4 cycles to dry a load of clothing and we knew something wasn’t right.

Dryer Vent Wizard came out and they quickly figured out the builder had used a vent cover that prevented birds from getting in, but also prevented lint from getting out. It was completely plugged at the end of our vent and after he removed the blockage, and put an appropriate vent cover on, our clothes were drying in 20 minutes!

Most definitely would recommend you call this company for any dryer vent concerns.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Duct Cleaning review in Toronto

Made an appointment to get my dryer vent cleaned. When the technician arrived, they noticed that the dryer vent actually was not installed up to code (therefore couldn’t clean it). Instead we agreed to replace the dryer vent ducting and new vent cover for the exterior. It made sense since we wouldn’t need to clean the brand new ducts and also to get it up to code. The work was done right away, as the technician had all parts in the truck. Only took an hour and very satisfied with the results. Technician was thoughtful (booties over shoes when indoors) and very polite and well informed. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again!

I’m a happy customer!

My dryer stopped working suddenly. Dryer vent wizard was very responsive and scheduled a quick assessment. Both Jeffrey and Sulaiman, each coming on different times, were able to go through my vent system carefully in order to find the problem. Sulaiman especially took his time and was very diligent about trying to find a solution. He eventually did fix it and I’m a happy customer!

Reliable company

My dryer was not working properly and warranty expired, I did an extensive online search and noticed how well-regarded dryer vent wizard was. Vic arrived in a day or two - very responsive. I was most impressed by his honesty and the thoroughness of his explanation. After his assessment he recommended a light cleaning and buying a new dryer since he couldn’t find any other issues with my dryer vent...which I’d heard independently. But his confirmation and explanation put my mind at ease re: making a new purchase. Appreciated the cleaning and expert advice.

A neighbour recommended the dryer vent wizards. Sulaiman was great! He explained everything clearly and was patient with my questions. He told me what was to code and what needed to be changed. While he was setting up, I Google and all made sense. I feel much safer in my home now that this job has been done! Would definitely recommend!/ use again.
