Started job.. Lines were nit straight. Took 4000 deposit and left the jon 90% still remaining.

I got my roofing by them 1 year ago . Now the water is coming to my bed from attic. I Tried to call mentioned number in invoice. He referred someone - Customers service manager . I Called her - sent voice massage, sent WhatsApp message , called several time - No call back , No received. How do they do their onetime business!
I will never refer such an irresponsible company.

Finish job just in one day with very professional way, Excellent workmanship and teamwork . Impeccable clean up and disposal of waste and very reasonable price, Highly Recommended!!

They help repaird my roof vent which cause leaking to my bathroom, and also help did more caulking around the roof, Good Job done !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Buyer be warned. We went with Teng Yuan due to their competitive pricing, it was too good to be true. As per the agreement, they were supposed to replace the all the plywood, remove the old shingles and lay brand new roof. After the work was done, we had squirrels in the attic. The roof was inspected by our insurance and we learned Teng Yuan didn't perform any of the work agreed upon in the contract. The company just simply put new shingles on top of the old ones. More importantly I found out they didn't lay the shingles according to the manufacturers installation requirements, therefore compromising its integrity.

I called the sales rep Jacky to discuss the issue and he told me it wasn't his problem to and to speak to the owner. When I reached out to the owner he only spoke Vietnamese and just ignores my calls now.

These are amateur installers. Learn from my mistake, if their prices are 50% cheaper than their competition, their quality of work will be less too.

The roofing company doing good job with reasonable price, recommend for anyone who planning reshingle roof.

We paid for a complete removal and re-roof - basically, brand new. We had someone come out for an inspection (not roof related) and found that the drip edge flashing is missing - really important in a roofing job!! Company has been called many times, left messages, I even spoke to someone twice who asked for our address. No reply back at all. This may require legal intervention.

Their service is good and the manager manages the work well. Their prices are very reasonable and I have already recommended them to my friends
