Wrong diagnostics, charged for unnecessary part; refused to refund

I called them to repair washer. Master suggested replacement of main board. That didn't help. They offered additional replacement for 800+ and refused to refund.
Master looked incompetent: didn't real reason of issue at first time, started to look at other possible reasons AFTER replacement of main board. Even suggested to call plumber to check water pressure (which I demonstrated to him just by disconnecting water pipe. At the end he wrote that about replacement of valve which according his own writing he served at first visit.
