CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS - LOCAL SHOWROOM

This company was very professional and worked within my budget. The installers were amazing and did a very thorough job to ensure it was done right. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

We were in desperate need to replace our front entry door. Consumer direct door and windows were recommended to me by a good friend of mine who had recently replaced their front entry door. I reviewed their website and booked a meeting for an estimate. Jerry provided lots of info on how they install and support the front entry door. He recommended going to their showroom to actually see many of their doors and glass to feel comfortable with any purchase. When looking at looking the several doors, staff were very friendly and provided insight on the benefits of their doors. They also provided suggestions on what should be changed out, colour and style of the doors to choose from and the type of glass to use on each side of the door. Jerry did the design over a weekend with our wish list of style,and colour. It has been a pleasure working with Consumers direct door and windows.

From quotation to measurements to installation, everyone we met were professional, courteous and me all our expectations. Delivery and installation took place within the promised time frame. Our installers did a good job and left the place tidy.

Very reliable and budget friendly. Rob is very helpful sales executive and superb friendly and professional. Suggests what is best suits our requirement in our budget. He quoted genuine price you must find less what others will quote. The technical team is also expert, they did the replacement of windows cleanly and end to end product was delivered much within time as promised. In future definitely I will reach out the Consumer Direct for other windows/doors replacement . This is the 2nd time I had business with them.

My wife and I recently had all of our bedroom windows replaced by Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. From the initial quote to the install day, everything went smoothly. Jerry, the sales rep, was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout. He made us feel like we were VIP customers and provided us with a very reasonable quote in comparison to rival companies. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installers did a great job. We also loved that we could pay by visa with no additional cost for doing so. This was a major pull factor in choosing Consumer Direct because it allowed us to space out our payments easier. From the presentation at the showroom by Steve, to the home appointment in person, to the delivery ahead of the scheduled time, it was a pleasure to have worked with this company. I will say we are very happy to have chosen this company. The windows are of the highest quality and the installers worked at our home like it was theirs. Very professional and well organized. We will definitely work with this company again when time comes to change the rest of the windows.
