David came to do our quote and he was efficient and knowledgeable. Gave great pricing. Aleks came to do install of our patio door, back window and flashing. His team was quick, clean and the job looks amazing. Were so happy with the new look this gives our house! Only suggestion is they take credit card for payment so we can collect cash back but the window crew should carry a machine with them. Those portable squares would be a great addition to the service.

The price was competitive, and the work was well done. The only negative was having to sit through a sales pitch by a guy who claims they don't employ salespeople. 30 seconds after making this claim, he pulls out a binder and begins to show me laminated photos of his family. What exactly does this have to do with getting a quote on windows? Will they be the ones installing them? Will they go hungry if he doesn't get the contract? After that he promised to bring his 25 years of experience onsite to check the quality of the work. He never did come by, and I never heard from him again. Maybe he was out getting more photos laminated? Anyhow, if you want good quality work at a reasonable price, then check them out. But beware of the binder, and stop him before he breaks out the family photos. If you don't, a 10 min quote will turn into an hour long baloney extravaganza. Oh yeah, he gets a bit grumpy if you don't like the quote he gives you for work you didn't even want done. He will measure your front door, your back door, your patio door and eventually the windows you wanted replaced. He might even suggest a door for the dog house. Thankfully they don't employ salespeople.

Great customer service. From start to finish everything went smooth. They worked around my busy schedule to meet appointments. The window instalation was clean, fast and the installers attention to detail was great. Im also very pleased with the quality of the windows. I would highly recommend consumers direct.

My wife and I were looking to replace our front double doors with a wide single door with sidelights. We found Consumer's Direct Windows and Doors at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE). The representative at the CNE was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to schedule an estimator for the following weekend. The estimator helped us select the style and materials that best suited our house and price range. It took a few months for the door to be ready. Once it was ready the installation was quick and looked great. They even installed a smart lock for us.

All our windows were original and needed to be replaced. Such a great experience at each touchpoint. We asked so many questions about the process and were guided through with patience. The installers did a great job and we are quite pleased with the new beautiful windows.

Excellent team came on time in the morning and immediately began work. It was a cold day but they managed to get all 10 window casings and 1 front door replacement done in a single day. Jerry was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get work done professionally and at a reasonable price.

Saw this company's booth at the CNE and right off the bat they were very welcoming and nice. I was already planning to change my patio door to have an in-glass blinds and seized the opportunity when I saw them there. Jerry came to our house for the free estimate and we went with it. They did a great job! Kept the space clean and they were quick and efficient! Love my new patio doors! Thank you!!
