There is no shortage of window companies and discerning the differences can be confusing. We knew that we needed to replace all of the windows in our home but were unsure who to work with to get this done.

Consumer Direct was a refreshing change right from the start. No gimmicks, no pressure tactics just an extremely knowledgeable sales person whos mission was to understand our needs and match us with the best, not most expensive but best solution.

The team who came for the installation were kind, professional and meticulous in every detail ensuring things were done to perfection; including cleaning up after themselves!!!!

What more can be said? How about the office staff who communicated clearly and timely every step of the way.

I feel fortunate that we decided to work with Consumer Direct and I am very confident that we will be enjoying our windows for many years to come!

We recently had new doors installed and couldnt be happier with the experience! The doors look fantastic, and the installation was quick and professional. Michelle, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us every step of the way. Highly recommend both the product and the excellent service!

Wonderful experience getting new windows for our house from Consumer Direct. From the first meeting with David everything was amazing. David is upfront and very knowledgeable and offered a very fair price. Meeting Stan & Scott in the showroom was very helpful and they took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything we ordered. Right from the beginning of the process was great. Steve was very professional and answered all our questions. When the door came the installers were very professional and didn't leave any garbage laying around at all. Caulking lines were clean and straight. And people at the office when we called were very nice and professional. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Urgent replacement was required due to water getting into my basement from old worn sliding doors. The new install comes with a solid base, thicker frame, secure locking mechanism, and moisture resistant thermal doors. Excellent job done in a professional manner.

I got some quotes from a few other vendors and they all spent hours in my home trying to upsell me for tens of thousands of dollars and offering things I didnt need or want. Consumer direct came in, quickly understood what I needed and gave me a great price. They were installed quickly, cleanly and are so much better than what I was expecting! Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, from purchase to installation, all interactions with owner, clerical staff and installers were excellent. Windows are of top quality and installation was very efficient. Highly recommend.
