CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS - LOCAL SHOWROOM

My patio doors and two windows were replaced. From the start of the process, the salesman came to my home and professionally showed me various options and gave me the best price out of the 3 quotes I obtained. 2 installers came exactly when the salesman said they would and within 5 hours, my doors and windows were replaced professionally and efficiently. The installers were courteous and knowledgeable. When the job was done, they completely cleaned the area.

We had a great experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors from sales to installation. Jerry the sales person was so down to earth. He explained everything perfectly from the types of windows to double and triple glass and the cost. We never felt pressured by Jerry to buy.
The three installers were fantastic. Isaac and the team all worked very well together and was very experience. My seven new windows and patio door looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend. Consumer Direct Windows and Doors.

we had our patio doors (8') and 3 bedroom windows replaced and the experience was top notch. Morgan the estimator came in and did a thorough job getting initial measurements, laying out the process and terms for the deal. Then Dale, Shawn and Josh showed up for the install and it went off without a hitch: runners on the floor and stairs to protect against traffic, careful removal, patience with my numerous questions (DIYers love to see the work in progress to learn), top notch install with proper sealing, replacement trim work top notch, full cleanup after the fact like they were never there - except for the great looking and functioning windows and door and noticeable improvement in local temperature. Highly recommended!

We had a great experiece with consumer Direct. We got a few quotes and settled with CD due to their customer service snd competitive pricing. From our first meeting with David to the installation team led by Mike, everything went seamless. David is upfront, knowledgeable and offered a a fair price for what was a premium product. As for Mike, he did a fabulous job with the install and was able to make our existing interior custom door moulding fit the new door. On top of it, the winter weather made the working conditions difficult, though, the team's professionalism shined. Thank you again, we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Will def recommend CD to anyone wanting their doors and windows replaced!

After getting 4 different quotes, we settled on Consumer Direct and were glad we made the choice. The salesperson, Steve Morgan, was knowledgeable and guided us through the process. The workmanship was great, Yury and team did an amazing job and we are quite happy with the finished product. I would definitely use them again.
