We were extremely happy with the whole process from speaking with Kristian our sales guy to the final installation.
Their installation guys were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their work ethic was very refreshing to see, they worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with our new windows and doors.
Nicole from the office was very efficient and friendly keeping us informed and updated on the installation appointments.
We would recommend both Kristian and Consumer Direct to friends and family and have already done so.
