My experience with Consumer Direct has been truly exceptional. David was awesome when it comes to sales and gave us the best price and product. He was honest, available and was prompt with his responses. We were fully informed from beginning till the end. The installation crew led by Alex and Ilias (hope I spelt his name right) were remarkable in their job. We were truly impressed to see the coordinated efforts of each team members which resulted in installing 26 windows and a patio door in 8-9 hrs. It was truly a seamless experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.
