Dominic and his team did an amazing job on refinishing our floors. They were in terrible condition and now look new. He was extremely professional and honest and willing answer any questions we had.

We are very pleased with our newly refinished hardwood floors by One Oak flooring.
Dominic was very friendly and professional, helping us pick a color by applying color swatches right onto our floor.
We researched other companies and found the cost was reasonable and service very personable. It was an easy choice. We had full confidence they would do a great job.
The floor specialists did an amazing job to transform our worn out floors to look beautiful again and kept us updated about the progress.
Overall, excellent service, great outcome and very reasonably priced.

The quote was for red oak select or better prefinished and installation. It looks like common with discoloured wood, many short pieces and knots. Domenic agreed and said he wood contact the supplier and keep me in the loop on reparations. That was in February and now it is August. Still no response.
The installation was poorly done with gaps between the boards that one can slip coins into. Of all the hardwood in my home this is the only floor that squeaks annoyingly.

UPDATE> Dominic has apologized for the long delay in getting back to me and is now moving ahead to replace the floor. New measurements were taken yesterday and I look forward to being able to upgrade my review.

UPDATE Nov24

One Oak Flooring has now replace my hardwood floor using a select or better grade of prefinished red oak. It looks beautiful. The installation was done with great attention to detail and visual appeal. I am now very satisfied and happy. I have added a new photo.

Dominic and his team did such an amazing job. Our floors were a raw wood which was a disaster for us with 2 dogs and a teenager. All the stains were sanded off and it looks like we have a brand new house. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for a great product, good communication and professionalism.

Had some bubbled up laminate boards from two separate water spill incidents. Had thought it was going to be a big, expensive repair so had been putting it off. We had a package of new boards still from the install 10 years ago.

Dom from One Oak answered the Homestars request within a day and came immediately to quote the repair.

The very next day he sent Will to the house and in two hours the repairs were made perfectly. What I had feared turned out to be a very easy and painless job. Who knew!

Very happy with the service. Dom and Will both followed covid protocols and were a pleasure to have in my home.

Thanks guys! I have more boards left and will likely cause more damage someday and you’ll be the only ones I call.

One Oak did a pheonmenal work refinishing our hardwood floor. The staff are veterans on this and the best part is the color is custom exactly to whatbwe wanted! Highly recommended.

The best contractors involved in my entire home renovation! Nice, honest, hardworking guys who worked around other trades and did a beautiful job with my floors.

I had already picked out a laminate plank I liked, and when I hired One Oak flooring to install, they actually got me the same product at a better price.

The job wasn't easy. The old floors were layers on layers of different materials, there were new room additions, steep staircases, and things were far from level. Dominic & Jed were super friendly, helpful, and always cleaned up after each days work.

I really don't think I could have found a better flooring installer. 10/10 would recommend and work with again on any future products.
