Work Order: 570038; My GE dishwasher had a problem. First tech diagnosed a pump that had been knawed by mice Paid for diagnoses and part in advance. You pay for diagnoses whether you go ahead with repair or not. @nd tech replaced the part but also noticed steel hose leaking a broken ground wire but did not fix.I relayed my problem and Conan the sales manager called me. He came himself with parts and fixed. I am satisfied. I like that they text you to let you know they are coming and name of tech. Would use again

As part of work order number :567796, they came fast and fixed our Samsung fridge. It had an issue with the ice maker and some random water leaking. He was also very thorough and made sure our issue was resolved. Will call them again if needed in the future.

Impressive service on our work order 570862. We were originally booked for 5 days out, which wasn't a problem since it wasn't an urgent call. But got a call that they were able to come by for the service call the next day after contacting them. Reminders provided via text, email and phone. Delivery window of 3 hours was given to us and a half hour heads up prior to arrival. Tech was very pleasant and courteous.

My icemaker wasn't working on a fisher paykel fridge. Simon changed the part and it didn't work at first but he returned to get it going thanks! I would gladly recommend Elite appliance service!
