LG dishwasher

Appliance Repair review in Kanata

Through LG support site I chose flat rate option (~$400) and picked Elite Appliance to fix my dishwasher. Short (two days) wait for the diagnostic visit, but then about two weeks wait for parts to arrive and the repair visit. So, wish it was sooner, but satisfied overall. (Ref. #574522)

Fridge fan on LG

WO # 571427: The mechanical fan broke and the fridge exterior felt a bit warm. Our frozen goods started to melt but the fridge kept fairly cool. ELITE Appliances was prompt and professional. Fixed it right. Highly recommend.

Repair Call - Wall Oven not maintaining temperature

The repair technician was patient, polite and helpful. He thoroughly tested an issue I was seeing in my new wall oven which made it appear that it wasn't correctly maintaining temperature after the preheat cycle. He took the time to ensure I understood the issue and how the oven is meant to work.
