I requested a repair service when I realized my dishwasher was no longer drying dishes and instead returning the hE error. Upon researching the error I contacted Elite Appliances to replace the heating element on my dishwasher and service was scheduled promptly (within a week at my convenience). Jankin came today to complete the replacement. The replacing of the element was completed efficiently and tested in my presence for confirmation. Jankin was professional, friendly and offered additional advice on how to better optimize draining in the dishwasher. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will contact Elite Appliances again if I have any other issues in the future. Thank you for your help!
