Our big 3-seater and loveseat recliners had to be moved from and uptown Toronto house to a downtown condo. Lots of stairs, corners and traffic.

Your office staff offered rapid availability and gave an accurate time estimate at a very competitive rate. They explained exactly what to expect, verbally and in writing, and made us feel supported all the way through.

Alan and Michael arrived on time with a helpful advance alert, and finished exactly to the time estimate. They worked together calmly, quickly and effectively and were very careful with the furniture and the interiors. They were polite, respectful and good communicators and problem solvers. They made all our anxieties melt away.

We will be recommending Micro Moves Inc. to all our friends and would definitely use them again.

The two gentlemen were pleasant, efficient, and careful in moving a heavy queen adjustable bedframe and mattress from the main floor to a second floor bedroom. They unpacked the boxes, setup the bed and even showed me how to operate it. The existing bed and all boxes were removed from the bedroom and taken to the garage. This transaction was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend Micro Moves.

I had bought a second hand sectional that I was unsure would fit in my condo's elevator. It was 4" too long, so I had Micro Moves quote me for four employees to carry the sofa up to the seventh floor through the stairs. Initially only two movers arrived, and the mover told me that they would start with only two movers to get the sofa into the truck. When they got to my condo they were confident that it would fit into the elevator and avoid the stairs all together. They managed to tilt the sofa so it would JUST fit. I was so pleased that I would save money on the quote, but later the mover said that I would have to pay the entire original quote for four movers. I paid the price, but promptly got in touch with Micro Moves who adjusted the quote and refunded me without hesitation.

Romello and Jabari provided an amazing service today!! They are wonderful people who made the entire experience of moving run smoothly. Satisfaction 100%, for their timing and their work ethics reflected in the care they showed towards what was entrusted for them to move. Already before meeting them I had a terrific email exchange with Stephanie from Operation Teams who promptly and kindly answered all my questions. Micro Moves is extremely competent and professional as they inform you very clearly on what to expect and how they will procede.

My daughter used Micro Moves when she moved apartments, and was really happy with them. So we contacted them when we had too much stuff to move ourselves. They communicated when they'd arrive, and Mark and Javier were pleasant and professional, and were very careful with our stuff. Highly reccommended.

We continue to be so impressed by this company and their employees they were on time efficient no breaks just kept working and pleasant to talk to and polite Aaron and Felix did a great job today, up and down multiple levels without a complaint with smiles on their faces!!! My wife and I were so impressed with how careful they were with all of our belongings !!! Recommend without hesitation!!!!

Hired them twice this month to move a one bedroom apartment in a hi-rise to another hi-rise. Lots of stuff.
