Good work on converting my finished basement into legal. It was easy to deal with Om and he handles all interactions with city which was a big plus. Price was good and work quality was satisfactory for rental basement.

Permit, entrance, and construction was done for my legal basement. I am happy with the work they did and the budget. I will hire them for my future needs.

He promised to complete the legal basement within 30K. After getting substandard sub contractors and they all talk sweetly and act professional the initial couple of days. Then they take payments and then increased the cost saying to complete the remaining project I need to pay more. The initial time line they promised 5 months and after 5 months I was left in a mess. I asked Mr. Om (Onkar) to give the detailed breakdown. He completely disappeared.

I had a project of upgrading main floor bathroom and converting my existing basement into one bedroom legal basement. Aruba Designs did a good work that was up to satisfaction and within my budget. I recommended them to few of my friends also. Nice work.

I hired Team Aruba to do my second floor bathroom renovation and build a legal basement with permit. They took care of everything from the beginning and I did not have to worry about buying any material or anything related to work and it helped tremendously with my busy office job. Very nice work with conversion with existing basement into a legal basement. The work was done on time and they were very smooth with dealing with city inspector. I had to go out of town for sometime but they continued the work without any issues and gave me regular updates about the work. I would definitely hire them again.

I had worked with Aruba Designs in the past to do the den in the basement. My first experience was great, I figured it would be best to hire again someone I trust. I'm happy I did!
We did the unfinished part of our basement which included our laundry room, some closet spaces and a washroom. We also redid the main washroom in the second floor. The renovations look gorgeous!!! It all looks like it came out of a show.
Aruba Designs and their team answered all of our questions, explained as much as they could and did their best to meet us halfway. He was great to work with again, he even advocated for us when we had to call the rental company of our furnace because some of the cables were leaking and could damage the ceiling that he was about to start. They didn't want to use better parts at the beginning but with Oms help and explanation they made the changes necessary to ensure no more leaks would come from their cheap cables. Not all contractors are amazing like that! I'm happy he was there to help us out, because we definitely could have handled the situation and explained it as clear as he did. We are very grateful to have found them.
I really appreciated all the work they did for us. I would suggest asking for them when doing a project.
