My washer was violently banking and shaking. Roman came and showed me how the cement block covering the drum had broken in half. The part was half of the cost of the repair but was worth repairing for this expensive set, even though the machine was a few years old. He was punctual and efficient and I will be using him for any future appliance repairs. I will also recommend him to others in my condo complex.

Oven died after trying to use self clean. Roman arrived on time and efficiently diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. He quoted me the price of the brand name part to replace. I later did my own research and found a suitable alternative part for less and he was happy to install my part which saved me some significant money. Roman is a very polite person who still practices covid by wearing a mask as well as covering his shoes with plastic covering. Roman asked what the problem was and within one minute knew what was wrong. Roman explained what was wrong with the washer and that it would be a major job. I talked to my wife and she wanted the washer repaired instead of buying a new one. Roman ordered the part and within a week was back to fix the washer. Roman also explained why the part broke and also took the time to show you the progress of the job. Roman also cleaned a few parts that he didn't have to for no charge. Roman finished the job and made sure that all cycles were working and there was no evidence of him being there as he left the laundry area clean. I highly recommend Roman as he is honest as well as doesn't charge you for the initial visit if you decide to have the work done.

Very efficient. Quick diagnosis of the cause of the leaking. It was my choice whether to repair an older dishwasher. I did not want to just throw out a good dishwasher.
