My washer was violently banking and shaking. Roman came and showed me how the cement block covering the drum had broken in half. The part was half of the cost of the repair but was worth repairing for this expensive set, even though the machine was a few years old. He was punctual and efficient and I will be using him for any future appliance repairs. I will also recommend him to others in my condo complex.
