SATZ Renovations

Our two bathrooms, powder room, and laundry room needed renovation.
SATZ did an amazing job at completing the work with high quality, great customer service, good cleaning, innovation and creativity about how to create extra space for the shower areas. We need to install some high-tech, high-value components/fixtures (smart mirrors, smart toilets, etc.) and they installed all those with wonderful workmanship etc. They helped us select the material and vendors and all their recommendations were of good quality. I would highly recommend them for any renovation for your home. Talha and Afzal are the most wonderful people in this industry to work with. Not all contractors are able to maintain a happy ending of the project as something goes wrong, but with SATZ, that was not the case, the project was finished with happy ending for both sides.

Satz were very professional and experienced. They finished in a timely manner and did a great job. They were accommodating to changes. I’ll definitely use them again for my next project. Strongly recommended!

I got a response and quote from SATZ within a few hours of posting my job on Homestars. They were clear about pricing and quick to assess the needs of the job. It was framing two exterior basement walls which will need to hold cabinetry.

Even though I forgot to add a couple of aspects to the job, Talha was kind to accommodate me. He was sure to explain some of the complications and help me understand what he was doing.

When we bought our home we had a big challenge ahead of us to pick the right group of skilled people for the number of job we had in our mind from carpet removal to flooring to demolishing and remodeling the kitchen to removing and redeploying tiles etc. in other words, as its commonly use now days “ Flipping the house”. We contacted a number or groups of skilled professionals (off course through different references). We selected 5 different groups, one group for Kitchen, one for Carpet, one for hardwood flooring, one for tiles and one for other major construction changes like removing walls, deploying doors, deploying Pot lights, remolding kitchen flooring and ceiling and so on. It was a long list of jobs we wanted to get done in limited amount of time.

We had to switch vendors and suppliers because of the Covid-19 that some cannot work on time, or cannot deliver material on time and so on. We Picked Talha and Afzal Bhai from the for the major flipping jobs in the home like removing walls, and deploying French doors, tiling etc.

This is a small group of very professional skilled people with BIG Heart. No new job is not doable for them. They were not only willing but did the work with the topnotch knowledge and professionalism. They are not only excellent construction team but also Certified Electrician, Certified in Pluming etc.

We were at so much ease with these folks that we were changing plans on the fly and they were able to adopt them and finish them. They were understanding and very ease to work with, Excellent with time and work management also very responsible and trustworthy. They are excellent source of skills and knowledge when comes to remolding homes. They will give you the Prose and Cons of the design you might be thinking of and/or have planed for.

With Material they have guided us where to buy from, what to buy, to help us save money and get better material. I have already recommended them to almost all the family and friends I know in GTA area.

They did an excellent job in building my basement apartment from scratch. Taha and his team involved me in every step while giving me couple of options to choose from. They worked with the city like a charm and got approval fulfilling all the requirements. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a professional and honest contractor!
