Octopus Renovation Group

Octopus Renovation Group completed our bathroom renovation and did a fantastic job. The project was initially supposed to take ~2 weeks but was completed in less than 1 week. Amy, who was the project coordinator, was especially communicative and professional throughout the entire process and any hiccups or concerns were very quickly addressed. The construction crew also worked very hard and diligently to complete the project as fast as possible while maintaining a high quality of work. Overall, we're quite happy with the cost, time, and final delivery of our bathroom renovation!

I just want to thank Any and the Octopus Group, along with all of the trades groups on the project. I meet Amy at the home show, she was great to with as we put the design together she provide great feedback as to what would work and what would not. Amy did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted and incorporating what we wanted. Once the project started Amy was on top of everything. The trades groups were excellent, they showed up on time and were very polite and very clean. When we decided to change a few things, they were quick to respond with a price and the ability to make the change. The finished product was fantastic and we are happy as they finished on time and on budget Having no experience with the Octopus Group we would highly recommend them to finish your project.

Used Octopus to totally renovate our condo bathroom. Great results! my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our NEW bathroom. Their initial quote was 100% accurate. No unauthorized costs added. The contract was well-written, very understandable and they honoured every part of the contract. Amy, the project manager, did her job with professionalism and finesse. She made sure all aspects of the reno went smoothly and, as I said, we couldn't be happier.

The tiling around my shower was done well however it was difficult to communicate with the contractors due to language limitations. However the project manager Amy was very helpful and easy to get along with and really cared about what I wanted. I had one concern about a contractor taking out the aerator from the faucet causing a leak under the bathroom sink which led to a pool of water soaking my bedroom floor. He didn't take responsibility for it but Amy arranged to get get my carpet steam cleaned after it took 5 bath towels and 2 days with a fan on to dry the pool of water. Amy was very apologetic for the inconvenience to me.

Arie is your guy for kitchen renovations! Thanks to him we are enjoying a brand new kitchen and he even made the entire process fun. He provided everything that he promised with top-notch quality. The design was smart and fit our style. We are super happy

Im excited to share my amazing experience with Octopus Renovation Group. I was looking for a company that will renovate my kitchen for a while. Arie came for an estimate and was super professional. He answered all my questions and helped me to get a vision of my dream kitchen. He provided a 2D design and a detailed quotation. In the next step, we met at his showroom and chose the materials, such as cabinet colour and finish, handles and countertop. His installers were quick, and it was done in no time! Im grateful.

At first i wasn't sure what to expect, I've never heard of them but i had to remodel my basement asap and they're the only company that were available, after the first meeting with Arie, they gained my trust, they were professional helpful and overall beyond expectations, answered all of my annoying questions. Im happy with the service and work that has been done.
